To me it depends on how she told you she is not interested.

Your SMV isn't high enough for her to go out with you. I wouldn't consider this a shit test but blunt feedback.

The best thing you can do is move on. There are plenty more, and who knows if she sees you chatting up another pretty woman that might start to spark her attraction to you.

what indicators of interest has she given you. also you probably would be better off just hanging out right then and there, as opposed to formally asking her out on a "date".

pull out a Jay/cig/vape and start doing something in front of her, stop standing there talking to her for no reason. if she wants a hit that's your in. at that point, you guys are "doing" something together, as opposed to just talking. suggesting that she come do another thing with you is less of a reach at this point.

if she smokes, you guys have that in common. if she doesn't, she's the little schoolgirl watching a man indulge in things she sees as dangerous.
