My default mode is to just constantly treat all women like they barely exist. I've found that treating women as annoying background noise makes it easy to hold frame.

I tend to make things into a game whenever possible. I wanted to work on eye contact, so I would make a point system. If I break eye contact, my conversation partner gets a point. If they break eye contact, I get one. Once you start getting more knowledgeable, include other indicators of good body language in the mix. And once you've gotten the physical aspect down, visualize the encounter like a game of Pong. They did this; I have to return the serve. Break frame? They get a point. Time to break theirs and make a comeback.

Another suggestion I've previously received is to make a habit of having an inner monologue. Whenever you enter a new area, tell yourself: "This is my fucking territory".

People use all different comparisons. My personal comparison is Oliver Queen from Arrow. He or his family owns half the city he lives in, so he always has this aura of "I'm just admiring my fucking empire".

How do you remember to drive a car? Normally once you set up a dynamic it's easy to just keep doing the leading and just correct abnormalities and external influences.

You just do shit you want, allow yourself to be number one in you minds priority list. And from there you do things you enjoy.

I like to view the 50,000 feet view. just zoom out and look down at your situation. little pesky things start to disappear when you're looking at this big picture.

It takes time and practice. Monk mode is good to solidify these thoughts. Too much stimulation can often lead to regression.
