How do you truly internalize abundance mentality?

The quickest way to develop an abundance mentality is to attain real tangible abundance fucking and plating several girls at once.

Another way is to self-improve to the point where your SMV is so high you'll naturally have an abundance mentality (see: achievement-based narcissism).

Let's start with something a little further back on the diagram than abundance mentality, which is more intermediate than beginner stuff, IMHO.

The overanalyzing. I don't object to analysis after the fact. If you want to come on here and discuss a Saturday incident the Monday after, go for it. It can be therapeutic.

Conversely, if you're actively thinking in the moment, you're already behind the game. To some extent, you have to just let it go in the moment, especially once you get into the give and take of a conversation.

This is one of the reasons that ZFG mentality comes before abundance mentality. You can't seem like someone with a lot going on if you're constantly nervous about whether you fail or not.

In a lot of cases, you don't need to do "the red pill thing". In many cases, the most red pill thing is to just not be invested in what happens. You're going to say the wrong things a lot. And people will test you, blow you off, etc.

In most cases, just not stalling out because of overanalysis will impress people.

Only way I was able to accept this mentality was after going through a bunch of girls. Every time I lost a girl a new one would come and take her place within a week. Essentially I've become confident enough that I know I can pull girls. If you know you can replace a girl, then she loses her power.

That being said, sometimes I still get caught up in one girl. It just happens. I don't want to be spinning my entire life unlike some.

The only way I internalize this, is by actually doing it - gaming multiple plates at once. It's tough to fake it.
