Try and max out your test naturally. There are many ways. When you start supplementing test your body becomes worse at producing testosterone. So it's likely a very bad decision for long run. Yes I understand your point and agree it's a shit book. But op said he is having trouble turning conversations sexual, I think this makes it very easy and a good way to get comfortable. Also, Tyler from rsd recommended reading this book to gain a females perspective about what exactly turns them on and what they notice about men. I think Tyler is a master in this field so his advice shouldn't be ignored so easily.
