This is a feel thing that you only get from experience. Like how to catch a fish, or how much to lean when you turn on a skateboard or bicycle. I don't think anybody can really give you an algorithm to follow.

no body knows. it's dependent on too many other factors. push/pull was never meant to be 2 categories you fit all behaviors into. they were coined as attraction building routines (like mystery's physical push/pull).

i've read a lot of technical game at this point and honestly i'm throwing most of it the fuck out of my brain because there's too much bias and not enough science. what i can tell you for sure is this-- STOP supplicating. don't smile at shit she says unless it's truly funny, don't agree with her just because she says shit, cut her off and disagree with shit she says and explain yourself, turn away a little and seem bored for 5 seconds when she's talking, let go of her hand first, etc. little tiny stuff like that. but constantly looking for places to tease and shit because some blogging retard said you should do % this % that is autistic and can't be real.

To me push/pull means comfort/discomfort. Comfort means you guys are on the same page, vibing out, high-fiving, giggling at each other and making each other feel awesome. Too much of this puts you into the friendzone.

Discomfort means awkward silences, disagreements, saying shit that annoys her, negging her, telling her “i dont like this about girls” (while describing something about her). Girls want a guy who challenges them, but within reason, hence push/pull is the way to go.

It takes practice but most of all you can’t over think, you’ll feel when you’re having a conversation and she thinks you’re obsessed about her that’s when you bring up the girl from work story or some other girl whatever, my plate texted me at work asking me if I still talked to my ex just out of the blue I told her she was obsessed with her she got upset told her she was cute she bought me dinner we banged on to today

It’s dynamic, each girl will be different and react differently depending on the power balance you have with her at that moment.

You need to not try to find a static formula because they are chaotic. Calibrate to what makes sense for her at that state/moment
