I'd consider not texting her for a day or two and then saying something like, "Oops, had some other shit going on."

I agree with others, that when you text her, tell her you were busy.

That said, with Tinder, your best chances (as she is telling you, in her own bitchy way) is to strike while the iron is hot. Get on Tinder (only when you have time) with the clear objective of setting up a date or two or three.

Getting the number is half the job.
