Outcome independence. For me, it's just choosing to not focus too much on any given outcome. It's easier when you are filling your life with stuff that fulfills you, which keeps you feeling good. A mission.

Then when it comes to women, I care so much less if they are interested or not. Hell, I'm good baby.

Doing fulfilling stuff with my life, helps me to also put women's value down in my head. Then I can qualify them, tease them, show them I really don't give a fuck about trying to win their approval.

When we care about the outcome, we're more likely to try, because we want to avoid the 'negative'. I love when I actually push the negative. I'm not afraid to.give them a little shit. Why? Because I don't give a fuck if they walk away.

You need to develop an abundance mindset.

When you think with an abundance mindset you just don’t give af because there will always be something good coming your way. Be that a better job or better pussy.

Jordan Peterson in his book 12 Rules for Life explains that those at the bottom of the social hierarchy are more likely to partake in activities like risky sex/ drugs etc because they don’t play the long game and want pleasure now.

So, if you are at the bottom of the social hierarchy you will find it difficult to think with an abundance mindset. You WILL give a fuck because you want as much as you can get in the short term in case nothing comes along in future.

I developed this mindset after becoming self employed as an IT consultant (money, freedom, being my own boss) and having dated a lot of women over the years. I’d shifted myself from the bottom of the hierarchy closer to the top. Only then did I realise my own worth and develop the abundance mindset.

So in short, chase excellence, be the best you can be and keep working on yourself. Eventually you’ll look in the mirror and you’ll be who you want to be and you won’t give a fuck what other people think or what other people do.

Meditation, not Buddhist meditation, but what I do is have some form of background noise (usually the ac) and I sit on the floor and talk to myself, try to understand what I do and why I do it by talking out loud, it's a lot different from just thinking about it. You have to reshape who you are, and you need to convince yourself that you're stronger than whatever it is that's out there. Whenever I feel weak or fear I chant a song to myself (YouTube: the politics and the life, or ODST). Lifting weights also helps as it changes how you perceive yourself, and in turn how others perceive you. One more thing is to face your fears, afraid of doing so because x might happen ? Well, fuck it.
