I'll counter what people are saying here because they are not correct.

Yes TRP makes note that your frame must be airtight to those who it has to. Make no mistake that talking to your girl about your issues will make her drier than the sahara. Leaders do not talk to their subordinates about their perceived weaknesses. However it is also natural to want to vent and discuss issues.

The solution is to talk to develop male friendships or other support structures where you can show vulnerability with little reprecution.

I wouldn’t think showing some emotional vulnerability is bad. It can be a turn on for some women if you are naturally alpha and show that side but NOT OFTEN AT ALL. Literally barely. Just do not do it often at all. Don’t cry over pointless shit. I only ever saw my father cry once to my mother. And that was when his father died. You need to stay solid and grounded for yourself and for your other half in my opinion. Don’t be afraid to show some weakness but it has to be backed up by you picking yourself up and using it to become a better man. Don’t be a child. If you need a serious talk, talk to a male friend or your parents, other family members perhaps.

On a more serious note the sidebar talks about this. You don’t need confirmation from a women nor should you seek it. If you feel like you HAVE TO have it or talk about your problems with someone do it with a male friend.

She will neither understand you or be more attracted to you because of it. I’m too lazy to find the article about dealing with these things completely solo. You’ll find it if you look for it.
