Attention is how you calibrate her status in the relationship. Distance yourself from her, go do your own shit for a week. She'll know what she did wrong and come around. Women know when they've done something wrong. They know when they're acting shitty. You teach people how to treat you.

I think the point is...if she’s making you mad, and you had true abundance, you wouldn’t care. You’d just find a new girl that doesn’t make you mad.

Every time you get mad at something she does but you don’t leave, it gives her more power. She sees that as her being too good for you, since you won’t take action and leave her. This gives her even more reason to continue testing your boundaries.

Silence treatment. I once gave my LTR cold shoulder for few days she got so affected that her period cycle got disturbed. In general when I get mad at her I ignore her for a few days and she ends up crying and apologizing.

Girls always think they can get their way with talking and being emotional. Take that away and they have nothing left.

Also never let sex become a bargain chip. She doesn't want sex? Ok you don't need it, her loss.

Silence and not giving her attention. But I know sometimes that's hard. If I get really pissed, I try to exit the situation. I'll leave the house if need be. Better to lose your shit away from her. Plus you could not say where you go which can create anxiety.

One of the earlier posts already said it. Withdraw your attention and other resources. Hold her accountable by having her make it up to you when she’s in violation. For example; she has to cook your favorite meal or do some other “chore”. James Brown used to pose a fine on bitches $5 and $10 for shit.

Come up with your own reward/punishment system. They’ll gripe, but they love it when a Man holds them accountable. They’ll respect you more for it as well. Be fearless and have options. Abundance!
