First, this isn't Highlander and there is no "One". Second, she took herself out of the running by breaking up with you over text, twice. (Actually, the 2nd breakup is your fault, because you took her back.)

Now my question is: what can I do in this situation? Should I contact her and meet to give her the keys?

Tell the housemate he can come by and pick up the keys. If he asks why you don't want to give them to her, or talk to her, it's because you simply don't want to see her, ever.

Goto one of those usps kisoks, spend ~7 bucks and grab a small box. Stick the key in it and mail it. Tape the box up good, record the tracking number and mail it.

Make sure to copy the key first in case you are ever drunk one night and strike out at the bar. Don't let the betas in here fool you, drunk game works. Be edgy with it dont be a bitch and call or knock first.
