whats there to handle? she was direct on the terms she wants with you (nothing more than friends - which is actually pretty cool she told you sooner than later - no more investment needed from you - no more wasted money on dates)... so now its up to you if you want to friendzone yourself with a girl that you like more than a friend.

advice: say "OK" and move on. if she reaches out later and changes her mind, worry about it then and be the direct one with your own terms for where you want the relationship to go. but for now, its done. any communication from here forward will be on a friend-only basis. if you are ok with that, fine, but if you want more and you are not ok with that, its better to cut your losses.

Just say "that's perfectly fine, I had a great time with you, good luck in the future!" which will simultaneously pass a shit test or next her no matter which one it was. This worked for me once and she eventually came back and we banged like crazy for months. I suspect that's the case here since she liked you at least enough for three dates.

Rejection makes you into a man, and success makes you feel like a man. It's supposed to suck, but eventually you build up armor and it gets to the point that you don't give a shit and are invincible.

Basically just keep getting rejected and teach yourself to bounce back from it twice as hard. And put into practice a routine that you know is constructive towards success (lifting).
