I've been having a new problem I haven't had in the past lately. I have no problem setting up a date but it seems like the past 9/10 have flaked on me. It's getting to the point where I schedule two dates during the same night because I'm positive one, or most likely both, will bail.

I'm not texting in between the date and the set up much at all. It'll be something along the lines of her: "yeah for sure, you got yourself a date!" Then three days later and an hour before hand I'll send a confirmation text and get a reply like "Oh hey sorry, I don't think I can make it tonight, maybe some other time." Then no text from then on forward, either no attempt or a fake attempt to reschedule.

What gives? I know girls go hot and cold but how do you keep them hot enough that they're not bailing on the date three days after the good conversation?

Also, I've never really seemed to have this problem before, I can't pinpoint what I'm doing differently to encourage this behavior.
