Discovered TRP somewhere around the start of this year. I’ve learnt a fuck ton and it’s helped me way more than I could ever imagine. However, despite learning about frame, game, flirting, escalation, shit tests and what not, my shyness has fucked me quite a bit in my journey. And not many people talk about this (or people don’t talk about it enough) - about the topic of shyness.

I truly believe shyness, if it is a problem, is one of the first issues you should address and try to overcome upon going on your red pill journey. Shyness has ruined so many fucking opportunities for me, literally. You can learn about game and shit all you want, but if you’re still shy inside, you’re inhibiting your growth and not reaching your full potential in your journey. If you’re not confident enough, and don’t have a high enough self esteem, how do you expect to achieve and implement many of the other red pill shit. It’s like a foundation that you need to have, before you can improve yourself in all other aspects.

I learnt about IDGAF attitude, abundance mentality, frame and shit but still I admit I am quite shy inside at times. I do not express my true self in many social situations (causes me to be quiet and thus situations can be awkward). I want to learn how to fix this shit once and for all. I know there’s no quick fix and it will take time. I’m good as fuck at public speaking and can fake my confidence a lot, but shyness is still in my nature and it always comes back to stop me in my tracks.

I know a root cause of shyness is caring what other people think - especially the fear of being judged. It’s easy to say ‘’just don’t give a fuck what others think because it doesn’t affect you so there’s no reason to care” or something along those lines. But in reality, it’s not so easy as the words may make it sound.
