How to start from absolute zero?

Im way younger so take everything with a grain of salt... But I'm still in monk mode and I have lots to read and apply before I truly start doing whatever it is I need. My method is simple , just grab an empty notebook and write down all your financial / high priority problems like college debt , mortgage , divorce etc.. next make a simple plan to get this sorted. It's okay to not know what to do. In such cases , just Google for a financial advisor or just ask around for one ( try to get a reputed guy , or a recommended one from a trusted source). Start to solve these. Now if you are lucky enough to not have such high priority problems , step 2 , which is the next page of your notebook. Write down your hobbies , gym , activities that you love doing and see if you can socialize in those. This is your start. If you don't have any , I suggest something where you think you can make good friends like a mma gym or something like a dance class , tennis courts , golf or surfing etc. The goal is to be at it , and a secondary task is socialising. The third is to get slim , lean and shredded OR big and stout and bulky. Choose either. Next start dressing well. How do you do that , simple , either you create your own style by browsing various related subreddits , videos, trying out etc or you get some one to choose it for you. Remember to get slim , or big bulky before you do this or you will have to throw your clothes away. If I haven't mentioned girls yet , it's for a reason. Get your life sorted out first , then becoming a fanny magnet becomes easy because you are not worried of anything . You are full of confidence and you dgaf.hence no insecurities etc of any kind. During these pages of your notebook and your life remember to read the side bar material and watch RSD videos. I don't guarantee you will Fuck bitches day in day out , but it's worth a try. Do remember , this entire transformation might take a few months to several years , but just try to stick to it.

I was like you until my 30s. Finding a woman seemed inconceivable. People who always had an easy time getting women don't understand the mental block some people struggle with. I would say gym and online dating to get started.

I'm in a similar place but younger. All i want to say is try to manage your expectations. Zero to pussy magnet is going to be hard and take time. Set smaller goals/checklists to define your progress and celebrate achievement. Don't try to get too overwhelmed by the big picture TRP showcases.

Take control of your time, your money, and your frame.

Get yourself on a schedule full of enriching activities such as reading, researching, and going to the gym. Read and research only what you are slated to do. Log and journal everything.

Get yourself on a budget. Get a better job. Slate time on the schedule for working on and submitting schedules, cover letters, and follow-on phone calls.

Take control of your thoughts, and be mindful in interpersonal interactions. Eye contact, posture, loud and masculine voice.
