Everything here was supposed to disappear. Banned subreddits, deleted communities, cancelled blogs — much of what is archived here survives nowhere else.

It stays free — no paywall, no account — for the next man who comes looking, the way it was free for you.

I pay for the servers, the storage and the bandwidth myself. If you want this record still standing in ten years, become one of the people who keeps it online.

Throw out your computer. Problem solved, dumbass.

What if he relies on his computer for work/income?

Is it gaming? Facebook? Pointless scrolling threads? Makes a difference, IMO.

For me, it was video games and pot. If I have them around me, I'll use them. My only solution was throwing them out. Deleted all my games off my computer and threw away my weed. It's the only way I could get my shit in order on a consistent basis. Just do it. Life is short, killing time is wasting time, and there's no time to waste.

Oddly enough, I don't have this problem with alcohol. I have beer, wine, and liquor in my apartment, but I touch it maybe a couple times a week, and never have more than two. But I really only attribute this to the fact that alcohol makes you vomit and hungover and I fucking hate feeling that way.

Keep busy with other shit. It's hard but addictions are usually replaced with other addictions, right? Like smoking and coffee? Or nail biting or something?

Anyways try getting addicted to something like lifting or running or a hobby of some sort.

I found better things to prioritize and my gaming magically went down. I built my computer for gaming and now I find it a waste of time.

Addicts are addicts, they just need to focus their addiction. It's like being obsessive. Maybe, change computer addiction for, I dunno, sex addiction and problem solved!

You need a good reason. I tend to stay up an hour or two extra at night on the pc. Few weeks ago had a photo shoot. Had to get my beauty sleep, so i did.

Every day is photoshoot in a weird way. Do it for you

Every day is photoshoot in a weird way.

Reminds me of a quote I read somewhere about always being on your best behavior, regardless.
