Inb4: Yeah it’s hilarious, but I seriously need help.
I don't know why, but during the recent month and a half or so I have developed a really uncomfortable tendency to involuntarily look at any woman's cleavage. For obvious reasons I need advice to stop this ASAP.
I think it all started when I was talking to a coworker, and she suddenly covered her cleavage with her sweater; which really put me off; because I'm 99% percent sure I wasn't looking. It then also happened with another female coworker like less than a week later.
Since then, I've become really self-conscious of this when talking to any woman, which has put me on an anxious feedback loop when I'm talking to a woman: I infer she "thinks" I'm looking at her cleavage, so I try very hard to seem that I'm not looking; which in turn makes my eyes look at her cleavage to confirm she is not covering; although now I'm looking so I noticed she noticed; she actually covers herself (crossing her arms, crossing one arm, her sweater, etc. ) so I get more anxious, etc.
This is very debilitating because my social skills and circles are in shambles, and this is interfering with my objective of improving this aspect of my life (i.e. I can't hold eye contact, therefore I damage my frame).
In relation to my SMV: I look fit due to moderate lifting since February, but wouldn't call myself muscular; face wise I consider myself under average; and in the social/keeping frame aspect I'm (like I mentioned) on the dirt.
What would you guys recommend I do to stop this habit?
