I am about four months into swallowing The Red Pill completely, and of course one of the most important areas I have improved in is looks due to lifting/general upkeep.
On the fourth of July one of my good friends has a pool party and there are about 100 acquaintances/friends attending. Naturally several buddies and I are in the pool and I began to receive several comments from guys and girls alike about how I looked physically.
"Whoa man you been hitting the gym?"
"Oh, goatcheese26 you look good giggle"
My question is how to respond to these compliments? I was naturally inclined to brush them off, but that may just be past beta behavior.
Thoughts?
