Those choices are exactly what a woman would give herself. Man the fuck up and learn to HARD next. To me, it's the most important aspect of TRP.

Also, LTR's and TRP don't mix too well. Like another user said; it's just your turn. If you think this is going to last until you both die together, happily and with no infidelity, you're going to get a RUDE awakening.

Tell her she crossed a line and you guys are done. Then go fuck ten other women. She will come back after a month (probably after fuckin other dudes that used her) and then she will make herself available as a plate. How did you find out? Definitely demote to plate whether or not you tell her is up to you. I mean whether or not you end the LTR. I wouldn't confront her about the sleeping in a bed with another man. I would just bang the brakes off her until she left for whatever reason. But if you don't have other plates go get some asap.
