tl;dr: Women percieve microhomes as 'poor'. How to I bust that premise?

Here's the long form version. 49yo male, long time martial artist (35+ years) and I'm a firearms instructor for a military special operations pipeline and I also contract instruct for several police departments and teach civilian classes. I also own a small construction / real estate focused business and in those areas I have a solid, unshakable frame, some would say arrogant, but they can't argue with the outcome.

However, when its comes to women, I went from a solid red pill frame in my 20's to a poisonous blue/purple pill in my 30s, culminating in a divorce at 44 when the market crashed and my real estate/construction business started floundering, costing me my BB role (hey, I didn't get it then). I didn't get totally ass raped (no kids, no real losses to speak of other than short selling my house to reduce debt). But afterwards I swore I'd never carry a personal home mortgage again. So now I'm slowly purging the blue and purple from my system and learning how to build a solid TRP frame.

Anyhow, I took a derelict construction trailer that I got for $100 and turned it into a fairly luxurious microhouse. Copper and silver ceiling tiles, hardwood floors, on demand hot water, clawfoot tub, solar panels, free wood heat, you name it. I then parked it in a industrial park where rent is cheap (sub-$250 a month).

I love it and my current life. No utility bills (my firewood is free, solar is free), rent is cheap, water access in the complex is only $10 a month. So even though I make less than I did back in 2006-2007, I save more because my costs are astronomically low (think >$500 a month).

Here's the rub, women equate a microhouse with being 'poor' even though my liquid capital reserves are higher than ever because I'm a huge believer in debt free living. Well, that perception rubs their poor lil hypergamy all wrong.

The microhouse is a means to an end for me, so that I can save up enough cash to open my own range and build a solid passive income stream. I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of creature comforts for now to make my dreams come true. I've tried explaining it thusly: "no one blinks an eye when an internet visionary sleeps on his couch for 2 years to get a startup off the ground and I'm doing basically the same thing.", some of my plates get it and some don't, but too often the plate I'd like to keep around is usually the first to flake.

So for now I've backed off dating a bit until I figure out how I want to approach this particular issue and figured I'd tap into TRP's collaborative cognition engine for some advice.
