I still watch porn. With discipline you can reduce giving yourself time. I used to watch daily now it's once a week and i'm planning on spanning to once month when i'm confortable. It's like exchanging tobaco for eletric cigarretes. Take your time.

Go cold turkey. If you don't want to masturbate without it, that's a plus, not a minus. Go thirty days and see the difference it makes.

I was addicted to porn awhile ago.

Masturbated all the time to porn. Had tons of it saved on my computer. Tons saved on my phone. Masturbated at work. School. Home. Etc.

The porn I watched, no, needed, to get off became more and more extreme. Eventually I was only turned on by the really extreme and specific stuff that fit my fantasies I had developed. I'd spend hours searching for and downloading the perfect clips, and then soon my tastes would get more extreme and I'd start all over again.

Soon I realized I had difficulties getting hard, staying hard, and cumming without porn. Masturbation without porn was near impossible. Even normal intimacy with a woman was incredibly difficult. That's when I realized I had a problem.

I needed to cut porn out of my life, so I did. That meant I didn't masturbate as much for awhile. Fine. That allowed my cravings for real women and real intimacy to grow again because that's how I got my release.

Cut porn out completely. That's what you need to do.

It's taken me years of trying to go cold turkey to get to my longest streak of 45days. I'm still not porn free, but at least right now I'm NoFap almost 40 days. I try not to be too hard on myself. NoFap is a part of an overall larger transformation, I'm lifting, eating healthy, socializing, working, so at the end of the day no time to fap cuz I'm exhausted and gotta sleep!

Also don't get too down on it if you relapse. I'll be the first to tell you NoFap works; the benefits are real. But its not a magic bullet and the other things you're doing to improve yourself will help you too even if this one takes a bit longer. Keep at it.

Sub to r/NoFap too. Addiction is real and although some of the teachings of NoFap are very strict, they serve a point for those addicted.

You need to go cold turkey. Start by deleting any and all porn saved. Erase any bookmarks if any. Setup site blockers as they'll act as another gate for you unlock when you want to watch.
