Given that she was a long time friend, I wouldn't be proactive or harsh about cutting her off. There will be some awkward times at first when you bump into each other around campus, but with time the friendship might reset. Odds are against this however; college age friendships don't usually last into adulthood because mere propinquity (not a deep personal compatibility) is their usual basis.

Ignore her for now, be busy with your life and mission, and be polite and civil if she reaches out to you but otherwise don't initiate contact.

Move on. Assume she will never come back, because she probably won't. Even if she does, you need to be ready to say no and have other options. Not nessisarily because you shouldn't take her back (don't know enough to make that judgement), but because you wont be thinking straight if you don't.

She has other options and so should you. Until that evens out she is in control. Dont ever let anyone have that level of power over you.
