The problem lies in your head, not your dick. To find a solution you need to break down the problem to yourself logically then try to find the solution. Let me explain it from my perspective when I was in your shoes.

Before my dick would even go in I would think to myself "all right! I'm having sex, fuck yeah! How do I pleas this girl?
