Hi,
Longtime lurker, first time poster. I actually asked for some advice in another sub, but the responses were pretty unthoughtful.
So, I'm 24, been dating a girl since 19, and we're each other's firsts on just about everything. Now, I truly do love this girl. What do I mean by this? Well, put simply, even if my wiener fell off and her vagina closed permanently, I would still want to be her friend. In other words, if we weren't sexual, I'd want to be life partners.
My predicament is that this is the only women I've been with in my life. I don't want to die experiencing only one woman. I simply can't. There are too many interesting and good looking girls in the world. I don't think monogamy is right for me. My ideal situation with my girlfriend would be to be life partners, but to allow sexual and even romantic escapades to take place. Frankly, I like flirting with other women, I can make a prediction that I would like to have sex with other women, but I do love my girlfriend. If I was given the choice between never having another woman and being with her or having a million women and never having my girlfriend, I would choose option 1 (only having my girlfriend) because she has done so much for me and she feels like my rock, if that makes sense.
I know if I asked to open the relationship that she would be incredibly upset. I don't know what to do.
