Hey brother;
I read your post, you're not alone. SA is very crippling, especially when it comes to women. However, if I can over come it, so can you. Look at my post history, it's living proof. I was anxious af, couldn't even order pizza. But look and me now, I am actually flirting with women getting laid. Here's what helped me:
Retail job; it really helped me get over my SA, it forces you too be comfortable with yourself and talking to others.
Gym; can't stress this enough. Helps with your confidence and testosterone.
Time; literally, dedicate time to yourself, you will give less of a fuck as time rolls by. Meditate, read , meetups etc.
Message me if you ever need to talk.
Edit:

I have recently gotten over SA as well with the help of a good therapist. Never see a woman therapist. They have no clue how to deal with the problems of men. The therapist that I saw was a NMMNG certified therapist. Best thing I ever did

I'll look into a male therapist thanks

I had a retail job and was pretty social during it. Still had some underlying anxiety in social situations though. I will try to find some social hobbies and work up from there.

Public speaking classes knocked my SA right on its ass. It really makes a difference, scary at first, but overtime you will see results.
You mean something like toastmasters or? I want something a little more laid back bc I feel like toastmasters is a little hardcore and tryhardish for me

Are you seeing anyone or taking any meds to deal with this stuff?
I used to be a housebound agoraphobic. Now I'm a world traveler.
You can turn your life around but probably not alone.
You can PM me if you want more insight but be ready to make changes not excuses.

Yo bro, we love you.

if you wake up with a hardon, your dick works just fine. You just have anxiety issues or something.
If you are actually correct and your dick doesn't work. Well you will have to accept that and find a way to enjoy your life in other ways.
With the rest, focus on yourself the best way you can. You'll get through this.

No morning wood for 2 years

Alright, I'm no expert on ED but I'm sure you can look into that with the many resources online and across these forums.
You may be able to work on it or it may just be a thing for you.
Either way, you really do need to work on yourself and find a means of happiness.
Lord Varys has a good life.
Yeah, this comment thread isn't specifically helpful but I wish you all the best.

get your testosterone checked. No boners, depression, being miserable, and a slew of other issues can be a sign of low test. If your test is "within normal range", then get some viagara or cialis. If your boner works then, maybe you have high blood pressure. Go see a doc.

You have low T, this causes lack of morning wood and all the symptoms you described (anxiety etc...).
The solution is pretty straightforward, we talk about this daily on theredpill/asktrp :
Fix your diet: lots of good fats, proteins, vegetables, moderate carbs. Eat healthy, that's all. Cut all sugar shit and sweet sodas, don't drink alcohol. Supplement with zinc and vitamin D (it helps libido and increases T)
Lift: 3 times a week, focus on squats / deadlift / bench press
Stop watching porn and stop fapping as much as you do. I garantee you that after 1 month without jerking off you'll feel much, much better.

I am very addicted to porn bc It's just too easy to access. I will try to stop though.
I suspected I might have low T and will get some bloodwork done to see. I have a varicocele which is known to cause low T but the surgery is dangerous supposedly.

Don't try, do it. If you want your life to improve that's very important, trust me.
Check yourbrainonporn .com for information. Read on this website what experienced all these guys that were addicted to porn (and fapping), then re-read your opening post.

Yeah I'm familiar with nofap. I was just at 4 days and feeling pretty good until I got pissed off last night about my anxiety and relapsed.
I will quit no matter what. That's what I tell myself every time, but this time I'm for real.
[–]tthrowaway- 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Great, that's the spirit.
To be honest, that's normal to relapse, very few people can do even one month on the first try. Don't be too hard with yourself when it happens (no pun intended), and keep going in the right direction which means longer and longer streaks.
As time goes, you will have more energy and more motivation so everything will get easier. The beginning is the most difficult.

Thanks brother. I went out to buy some stuff today and felt really great for some reason. Female cashiers were flirting with me and I generally had only a few spikes of anxiety.
I think a positive mindset goes a long way as well.
[–]tthrowaway- 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That's good indeed.
I'll PM you in a few weeks to see how it goes, put yourself back on the right track and everything will get better.

It's rough. You should seek council from glo or omla, both can probably help you. Even the brutal information (presumed true) that you've provided is nowhere near enough to create any actionable plan for you. You should have a conversation with one of the endorsed or vets here. They really do care, and we (trp) won't ignore you.
I'm open to talk to someone but I wouldn't know where to find them
