I'm done getting treated like shit at work by one of my coworkers and I'll destroy him. Does it always come done to this?

He does what he does because of your reactions.

He breaks your frame completely and gets off on that fact. The answer is not "destroying" this dude because your lack of control will mean that another challenge will emerge soon to take his place. The answer is in yourself...if you actually believed that you were that superior to this dude then his actions would be met with the indifference of a gnat to a lion. A condescending smirk at his childish crap would be the reaction but instead it completely destroys you to a point where you are envisioning some grand schemes to "destroy" this dude.

Even if you could do such things which is highly unlikely, another one would soon take it place. Determine why his little actions affect YOU so much and fix that then treat this dude as the insignificant bug that he would become.

It's just wishful thinking and happening in your head. If you knew how to do it, you wouldn't have problems with him in the first place.

I used to be you. I always had my head filled with revenge fantasies and none of them ever happened.

Also...this situation lasted for too long already so now its kind of late to deal with it. He pushed you and pushed you and you did nothing. I think the hardest thing is to convince people you already know that you are "an alpha male' These things need to be done in the very beginning. don;t let even one slide.

I know, I am a girl and I am trying to change. I will move soon to a different country where no one knows me. but trying to convince people that have knows me my entire life that I am "powerfull now" wont work. they ridicule me

You need to focus more on your performance and your value to the organization, and much, much less on him and his social skills. He does not matter, and you should regard him as just another piece of furniture around the office. Be polite and direct and plainspoken when dealing with him about an office issue. Never say anything to him at all about non-work matters. No matter what he baits you with, you do not respond expect to refocus back on whatever work task requires your interaction.

When you pass him in the hallway, you nod, say hello, keep walking. When in a group, and he joins, you stay for a few moments, let him get involved, and then excuse yourself after another moment, because you need to get back to work.

If anyone ever asks if you have a problem between you two, you only respond, "I have no problem with anyone who can do the work and treat people well." Then change the topic.

If you are better at your job and he is a jerk, it will out over time, but only if you do not play the game of office politics like he wants to.

When it comes to that I just start looking for a new job. In most industries these days diagonal movement is upward movement in that you make more money for the next company..

What you need to do is invite this guy out for drinks one on one under the pretext of reconciliation. Buy him shots until he's wasted then beat his ass in the parking lot. Deny everything on the grounds that he was black out drunk, you left early but seem to recall him messing with a couple different big dudes. Photoshop uber or cab receipts showing you leaving early. He will know exactly what happened but wont be able to prove anything.
