Can't beat a witty/funny guy at his own game, but who cares. In generally I would of just dismissed it and then ignored him.

He doesn't sound like a buddy if this goes beyond friendly hazing and it's humiliating you.

This is a pretty shitty thing to do on his part, but he is basically creating a loose loose situation for you. If you say nothing, you appear weak and can't stand up for yourself. If you become confrontational, you are a drama queen.

In general, you should probably stop hanging out with him though, unless you get direct benefit from his company.

However, if you are relatively on good terms, you can do the "playful confrontation", where you basically become confrontational as a joke, and it shifts the decision to him whether to play along or become angry and really confrontational, which makes him look like the bad guy.

For example, my goto thing for people like this is the old school circle game where you make a circle with your thumb and pointer finger and try to get somebody to look at it.

So it would go something like this:

him: you got a big nose

you: Oh yeah, you should check out my "other nose" (make a circle with your fingers below your waste). He looks at it, you punch him in the shoulder, followed by saying something stereotypical like "get rekd".

Alteranatively:

him: you have a big nose.

you: "Why are you so focused on my nose? Do you look at my face that much? Are you gay for me? Want to make out?" And then you start trying to actively try to grab his hand and bring him closer as you look into his eyes, and try to kiss him.

This shows that you are so confident in your frame that any confrontation is a joke to you. Chances are that he will back off after a while.
