Do you know what helped me on the TRP subject? There was this guy here who posted an awesome question but i cant remember his name.

Look yourself in the mirror. Would you fuck yourself? If the answer is no, increase your SMV. If your answer is yes then dont. If your answer is yes but you dont get the attention of others (male and female) then you are dull.

I have got attention from female and homosexual men while going to my secret places. Thats when you know your clothing and overall SMV is on point since people judge you on your appearance at first.

Not necessarily expensive clothes with gaudy logos/labels and such, but well fitting, classic quality clothes put together for a good outfit go a long way. Nice, good quality shoes are a must.

I tend to go pretty conservative with one small piece of, "Flair" or something trendy. Some guys can pull off a very bright, flamboyant look and get lots of positive attention. I am smart enough to know I am not one of them.

Each time I see someone is expensive cltohing I figure they are poor and in debt. The people who want to look successful are the people who are not baller.

I work in an accelerator with startups who have no money and people who have seriously 100s of millions. The people with the money wear the same pair of jeans and shirts to work every day.

as a guy that's very much into fashion? It's totally okay to spend £/$200 on a roll neck jumper or £400 on a jacket. Make sure you can afford it and make sure that you're not paying for a label, ensure that the expensive status is because of the high quality fabrics used on the clothes! Believe what you want but money does buy quality, you just have to know where to look... Supreme does not offer high quality clothes, most 'designer' brands don't

I bought pairs of desert boots ever 3 months, these were £50 and I wore them every day, I decided to flake out £250 on a nice pair and funnily enough they're just as good as the day I bought them over a year later, will probably be another year before the soles start to wear significantly and then probably another year till holes start developing in the sole in which case I'll buy another pair.

Men can fairly readily be assessed by their shoes and watch. Sophisticated women and older professional men often look for this.

A pair of Alden’s or Allen Edmund shoes will run $400+ but typically can be sent in to be redone by them to end up lasting 7-8 years and will almost always look good for a classic dresser.

Watches are personal but every man should strive to have a nice dress watch and a nice sports watch. Not everyone can afford a Patek but a little research will help you find what’s quality in your price range. Almost any watch person far prefers mechanical over quartz. Used higher end watches are a good way to go if you have a reputable jeweler.

Even if you are in jeans and a t-shirt (and not a slovenly fat fuck) with nice shoes and a nice watch you will project value. A guy in a bespoke zegna suit wearing a g-shock and cheap shoes looks like a fool.

For me Winter is jeans (Levi’s 511’s only) and hoodie. Summer is shorts and long sleeve, kinda snug dri-fit shirt (dries up sweat, keep sun off my tattoos.) Only shoes I wear are jordan 3’s or 4’s. Always worn that. Even to events where guys are wearing ties and sport coats. Never made a one bit of difference with women. Having a muscular physique is 100 times more important than clothes. anyone Who thinks differently is just making excuses.
