Without a doubt, outcome independence. It is the single best predictor of dating success, imo. Detach. Stop auditioning for people. It's the best advice I ever got and could ever give. The guy who doesn't give a shit gets all the girls. It's harder to pull off authentically until you crest your late 20s. Before that, everyone is so concerned with their social circle that they can't truly detach and let go of their concern for the opinion of others.

Style, Hair, Smell

All pretty self-explanatory. Smell is pretty underrated however and makes a huge difference imo.

Lots of good stuff has been mentioned but I’ll add a couple that you can easily incorporate into a daily routine:

Skin care/treatment - I can’t underestimate how important this is: exfoliate, wash, moisturize, and protect it from the sun... notice a common thing among successful/high smv people? They all have fantastic skin

Whiten teeth

Clean shaven - even if you have a beard, shave and style it, shave the back of your neck, trim eyebrows etc

Sleep - your body looks and functions so much better with a proper sleep. This helps your skin, eyes, attentiveness and increases your overall quality of life

Water/hydration: this also is easy to do but very few ppl purposefully stay properly hydrated. Like sleep it helps in so many ways and is easy to add to your lifestyle

If you do these now you’ll notice results pretty quickly but more importantly be thankful you prioritized them as you age because you will look much younger for your age as the people who didn’t do these things it will start to show

Me personally, look good and make more money than most my age. But my social skills suck ass. Thats what im working on.

You should look at whats holding your smv back and find things in that criteria which can help.
