It's foolish to stick to your guns when you know you are wrong. It's a sign of maturity to accept that.

This isn't about being right or wrong. You're the captain of your ship. You do everything in your power to get to your destination as smoothly as possible.

You can play the "blame game" all you want once you've accomplished your goals.

If you make a bad decision, then you change course and head in the right direction.

"XYZ isn't We're going to do ABC going forward."

Only apologize when completely necessary,

You can admit you're wrong, but apologizing for some reason makes you weak in front of a woman regardless of her status.

I apologized yesterday and guess what? I broke frame and now complete radio silence.
