Ideologies (for the most part) aren't toxic. What happens is toxic people take ideologies and use them as an excuse to be even more toxic.

A fair amount of dudes come here wondering why they can't get pussy and don't realize that deep down they hate women for... whatever stupid reason. They use this as an outlet.

Short answer, no and yes.

Longer answer - some of the core philosophy behind the "red pill" thing, as in being your own man, taking care of your own house before you criticise others, being a genuinely self-sufficient person who is genuinely good to others and an asset to society, is indeed good.

But a lot of the "red pill" stuff (including the awfully cringy name which I fucking hate) is pseudo-science bullshit. It also attracts a lot of incels who are looking for a quick fix without realising they are the problem, and along the same lines there is a lot of people with ASD (hence the "red pill" name) who just don't get it and treat it like some sort of game rather than common fucking sense.

Stuff like no-fap, PUA stuff, anything that concentrates on how to "influence" women without pointing out that it's actually dependent on your looks and personality (which you can fix if you put the effort in) is worth ignoring.

Anything that makes you place most of the fault or responsibility on others is toxic.

Both exist in RP world. Like the other comment said, think for yourself. Chew the meat, spit out the bones.

Red pill is whatever you want it to be. It's only a guideline, not law. Of course there are going to be toxic people in any community. Take it as a grain of salt.

I use the red pill for the same reason as you, to focus on my purpose.

This community also has a lot of people who took the red pill but haven't swallowed it yet. Therefore they project their insecurities online and towards women.
