You're up already, let it go. Make yourself a protein shake, get dressed and go for a run or hit the gym. Later on, when you're tempted to ask another question, read the side bar. Then read the links to other sites on the sidebar. Then read some more because your posts make you seem like a troll.

get a white noise machine. this one is baller. then tell them you're sleep deprived and could they put on some music or try to be quieter in the middle of the night. be congenial. this is not some sort of bullshit alpha magic situation. it's common courtesy. i would try to talk to the guy instead.

I believe what's going on through his head is that the girl is trying to get his attention. So let me start by asking a few questions.

Have y'all run into each other before at the apartments?

1) did you make eye contact?

2) did you smile?

3) did you say hi?

4) did you make small talk?

Anyway, I am assuming that she does have a thing for you, just for the sake that this post might help a fellow man out...you should have done all of the above before the idea went on through your head is possible.
