Tl;dr

LTR thinks I'm constantly checking girls out and can't handle it. She sees them checking me out all the time, she's terrified I'll leave her.

Almost every time I go anywhere with my year-long LTR, she accuses me of checking out other girls. I really do not, or if I do it's a casual glance. I've tried many things, from ignoring her claims (and the rage that follows) to just saying "No, I wasn't", to even just pulling her close when she complains about that and telling her "I love you" or something along those lines.

The issue is, I don't even have to try dread game. I have to try *not* to do dread even by accident. How do I respond with someone who is so insecure? Is my frame an issue here, or do I need to be more comforting?
