Just because You've matched it doesn't mean that she will drop everything and meet You anytime.
Seems that she doesn't want to give You her address because she doesn't feel comfortable with that.
She don't want to come over because of car/snow/time etc etc. Usually it's like this - if she doesn't want to meet she will find all the excuses but if she does she will find a way/time to do it.

To sum up she is not THAT interested. You can try 1 max 2 more times. If she still will reject she won't meet You anyway.
