Wait till weekend, text her an hour before with your plans i.e. "(Insert barname) @ 8?" Or whatever the time in an hour is. If she replies with anything less than an emergency: next. Sometimes girls will makeup excuses if on their period, which is fine. When she's off she'll text you back.

Use this as a learning experience.

Any time you meet a girl, get her number EARLY and just keep hanging. While hanging, text her a few jokes. Put the phone away and then make out, escalate, etc.

Always try to sleep with the girl the first night. You don't have to actually sleep with her, she just has to know you want to sleep with her. Let her be coy and say, "Down tiger, not tonight--"

Remember you already texted her at the beginning? This means no more awkward phone number exchanges to ruin the mood. If you can't bang her for whatever logistical reason, you separate for the evening, send very suggestive flirty things of what you'd do to her if only you were still in each other's presence.

The next morning, she'll see all the sexy-as-fuck stuff you wrote the night before. She'll be thinking VERY highly of you. You do NOT text her. Let it all be.

A week or so later, you text her one one random MORNING around 9 am or so, and make a funny observation. Example: "I just saw the BEST thing" (no punctuation). This is a "feeler" text. If she likes you, she'll reply within 10 minutes, guaranteed. If she texts 2 hours later, she's a lost cause. 1 hour could go either way, maybe she had her phone in her purse. But almost no millennial girl can go 2 hours without her phone, no way.

Let's say she bites within 10 minutes. Good sign! You then lead this into something mundane that could lead into a sexy joke filled with sexual tension. Don't worry about it being corny. You: "I just saw the best thing" Her: "hey u :-) what did u see" "A guy at the bus station with a flute, charming a snake!" "omg lol rly?" "Yeah, I think he was really good because he started charming my .... ahem [wink emoji]" "omg lolololol" (and then you take it from there back into the sex talk from that wild night. The sex talk won't be weird or forced because you ALREADY established yourself on the FIRST NIGHT as a sexual guy, because you tried to bone her the first night, and her phone already had sexy texts from the first night).

Once it gets hot, don't go overboard. Just keep it to only a few texts, then say you'll be at some cool venue in the evening, around 8pm. Ask her there casually and fun. The easiest way is to punctuate it with the joke you said before ("Meet me at Loungey McLounge on 3rd St at 8. There'll be a buncha snake charmers there [winky face]")

Put yourself into her mind for a second. Now doesn't all this sound a lot more mysterious, dramatic and exciting than, "Erm, nice to meet you last night, want to get a drink sometime?"
