Let it slide or soft next?

I made it clear to a plate that we don't need to be seeing each other outside of our encounters (meetup location, my place etc.). Last night she wanted to "surprise me", and made an appearance at my workplace, getting really touchy when no one was looking and wanted to fuck as soon as my work shift had ended (I was going home soon). She lives close to the complex I work at so she walked there yet was going to stay the night at mine, so I drove her in my car to my house and long story short, hooked up, had fun.

One one hand, the sex was great, especially post work-shift and she initiated it all from meeting me and letting me know she was wet for it.

On the other hand though, she didn't respect my word that we don't need to meet outside of our meetups, which she violated by showing up at my workplace.

Let it slide or soft next? What is the best way to deal with this?
