It’s very simple. For whatever her reason, she’s not interested at this time. The beta move, of course, is to crawl up her ass “as friends” and stay there. Also a beta move is telling her she’s so great you can’t stand having any sort of association with her unless she’s your special lady friend. The TRP move is, well, it’s no big deal to you. You are emotionally nonreactive to how she feels about you, because you have an abundance mindset.

When a woman makes it clear to me she’s not interested in continuing a sexual relationship, in my mind, this doesn’t mean there’s a binary choice friend/dating, alpha/beta, it means that I’m moved back to the original state of “she’s not fucking me”. Some might consider this a defeat. I don’t. The natural state of most women in this world, after all, is not currently having sex with me, and somehow I keep getting laid. Not only that, but women who have ended things with me have often come back around for a second, third go around. One of the reasons for this is I take the L and don’t turn it into some sort of all or nothing, you’re either with me or dead to me choice. At this stage in the game fucking me is easy, in that if it happens and you don’t want to do it again, there’s very little friction, there’s no hard feelings. In my opinion, women appreciate that.

I’ll tell you where you went wrong is you’ve probably tipped your hand that you’re into this woman too early. If you fuck a woman and then make yourself available too easily they stop thinking of you as a win. In this slut culture, there’s no investment in that first fuck, it’s basically a handshake. So she’s already thinking, he’s too in, I can do better. Ironically, you treat them like a conquest/pump and dump the hamster starts running wild. “He’s not into me? I was just a fuck to him? What he doing? Who’s he with?” Showing you don’t care is the best way to make them care. Related, don’t send that stupid fucking text. If you’re gonna reply at all just say “cool, no worries”.

A lot of emotionally reactive men on this sub will call this a bridge burned, sever, blah blah blah. That’s retarded. First paragraph, I said “not interested at this time” if you unequivocally state “I just want to date you” she’ll never be interested. If you act weird and cold, again, she will never be interested. But if you keep the lines of communication open and just be normal and flirty as a habit there may be a time when she comes around.

So accept her decision at this time, but realize that doesn’t mean you can’t flirt, that doesn’t mean you have to avoid her. Shit, if you see her at the bar, say hi. Meet her friends. Use her as a connection/social proof. You see her at the gym, talk to her, bust her balls a little. Remember that as a man you being interested in what’s in between her legs isn’t what freaks women out, it’s neediness and possessiveness.
