Monitoring her social media use should have been done during the vetting phase while you were considering her for LTR status. That's where you look for the red flags.

Secretly watching what she does after this phase shows that 1.) you have weak frame, and 2.) you didn't properly vet her for LTR status, because if you did, you would already know that she isn't tempted by other men.

This is a red flag and deal-breaker. This proves that she does not value you enough for an LTR. This should trigger an immediate and permanent demotion to FWB status.
