Clearly she is putting minimal/no effort into things. You should do the same or even more so. Stop making time, start working on some new plates and see if she comes around showing some effort. Otherwise, plate up and dust her.

Invite her over for wine and dinner. Make her do all the work. If she doesn't do the work she doesn't see you. Remember she's not yours she's just your turn. If you do this right and you don't get needy she will show up, have fun and hook up, and run away for a couple days wondering if you will chase. Just don't chase and she will start chasing you. Every time she reaches out is to make plans to have fun and hookup at your place. Otherwise it's a bust.

She wants power of your relationship and to see if you are a man by your words. That's it. If she won't make definite plans, tell her to hit you up when she can. Her hamster will run like crazy if you are only inviting her to your house for dinner and why you aren't showing her off anymore.

In the mean time work on yourself and go on dates with other people having fun. You are too young to be worried about this too much.
