My GF went nuts on me a couple of days ago. She sent this long stream of text messages claiming that I say things just to hurt her. She said that I accuse her of being passive aggressive, that I don't call her at work to say good morning or ask her how her day is going, that she always has to reach out to me first.

Guess what I said?

Nothing.

I ignored it. When I saw her later I didn't bring it up at all. Because it didn't require a response. She got to express herself completely. She's hoping that the underlying behavior will change, but nothing I say will help the situation.

To be honest, if I responded, I'm pretty sure we'd have headed down the path to breakup, which would have been fine with me.

...And then she started her period. Everything's back to normal again. Her outburst had almost nothing to do with me.

Tell her, that you never apoologise that you dont feel is your responsibility and if she cant handle it she can leave. OR just ignore Her. Her moods are not your resdponibility. (appology rule is when u accidentaly punch her nose with elbow or smth like that). Remeber when you stand your ground woman will ALWAYS cave.

Never apologize.

When you fuck up (or just get prodded for an apology) and don't apologize it makes the other person question their own reality and they get drawn into your reality.
