My intention here is to discover a way to manage my female boss.

Setting: office. 12 employees. She's the sole owner. I'm managing the business. She's a mid 50's, soon-to-be divorcee who easily is 25-30 lbs overweight and who recently has been hitting up Tinder and other dating sites like she's making up for lost time. Seriously, I've never seen a woman so aggressively cock-hungry for such a lengthy period of time.

I'm an early 30's guy working to keep my shit together. I came to TRP early last year and have been working toward instilling the principles into my life.

About her: She isn't pursuing me (something I made very clear was never going to happen very early in my employment), but she is pretty obsessed with every one else's sex life in the office. She keeps telling me how uptight I am, how I just need to get out, and how getting laid will solve all of my problems.

The situation came to a head last night when the office participated in a happy hour event. After a few drinks, she asked me what I thought about the girl I recently hired, and I handled it poorly.

Me: She seems quite capable. She's interested in the profession, has excellent grades, and has a Type A personality, which should work well with our clients.

Boss: No.... what do you think of her? ;-)

Me: [I had just enough to drink to compromise my judgment, and I answered out of irritation by this straw that broke the camel's back] ...I think she literally weighs more than I do.

That pissed her off. "Fat girls need love to blah blah" "Athletic girls don't exist in the real world blah blah" "I need to lower my standards or else I'll be alone forever blah blah"

Now, I generally don't give a shit if my remarks piss a woman off, but this strife could jeopardize my employment situation. Fucking up this job would cause me serious problems. In my industry, employment is very difficult to acquire. Honestly, I am very well compensated at this firm solely because the owner didn't counter negotiate my initial salary proposal. Research tells me that even if I could find another employment opportunity, my workload will increase by around 30% while my compensation would decrease my at least 20%.

This is a solid gig that provides me the financial resources and free time to pursue independent projects. I can't fuck this up for myself, but I don't know how to handle my boss. She's obsessed with hooking me up with fat chicks.
