You have number-closed. Good for you. That doesn't REMOTELY make it a relationship. You sound so thirsty I thought you were a troll at first.

You cannot move to fast in establishing that you are attracted to a girl. For some of them, the pacing to the bedroom does require careful timing.

But the girl I went to the prom with: I asked her to the prom the day I met her in the first conversation we had, because I knew a girl that hot would not be without a prom date for long.

If you have a successful number-close, and you have, she has expressed enough interest in you to go out on a date. Ask her out immediately for this weekend.

Keep it inexpensive and not too long. Museum, park, walk by the sea wall, coffee, ANY of those things. No more than 2 - 3 hours.

But don't dick around waiting to ask her out.

Ask her out. When asking girls out I don't know very well, I like to give a range of days. Instead of saying "Are you free Monday" for example, ask "Are you free Monday or Tuesday". This way a girl is less likely to give you an "I'm busy" excuse, or at the very least, its less believable. Basically, you want her to give you a firm yes or no. Ideally yes, but at least you get closure with no.
