With every rejection, my confidence drops more and more. I blame myself for the outcome, thinking something is wrong with me. How can’t I, when a girl is crazy into you but loses all interest after one date. The moment I display interest I chase any girl away, then I fall into a depression spiral and don’t feel like interacting with anyone.
I don’t feel like the prize despite all the red pill knowledge acquired, the self-improvement non-negotiables, the hobbies I cultivated. I am quick to dismiss any praise, undervalue any worth I may have, but I focus heavily on my flaws. I keep telling myself that somehow women are better than me, I keep putting women on the pedestal, and I’m too scared of them to approach. Ironically I realize the ridiculousness of such thoughts.
My hobbies are the only things that can distract me. Yet I undervalue my hobbies, and dismiss them as insignificant. Not to mention any discipline I may have goes to out through the window after every rejection.
I realize these are all symptoms of validation seeking, neediness and desperation, but I can’t seem to fix the problem. I need help on what I should do.
