My advice would be to go to your nearest mall and scope out a couple department stores (Dillard's, Macy's, Nordstrom, whatever you have there) and find a gay dude that works there and ask him for help.

Slim fit or muscle fit t-shirts. Slim jeans with various designs, black, white, light blue. A pair of white sneakers and black boots.

Slim fit dress shirts. Classic raybans or police with tints will do. Wear some handmade accessories but don't overdo it. Leather Biker jackets. Suits Taylored to your body type. A nice fragrance is also a must.

No need to flex designer brands unless you have tons of cash and you don't know where to spend. In my opinion simple clothes do the same job unless you want to attract gold diggers.

Frequent male fashion/style websites, magazines, etc. GQ, Vman, Men's Vogue, etc. Get current with trends and what is in style. Look up styling tips from content creators like Alpha M on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1KbedtKa3d5dleFR6OjQMg

Like anything else, in order to gain fashion/style sense it's going to take time commitment, practice, etc.

Minimalism is whats looks good right now. Plain clothes that fit well are better than branded ones than dont.

Honestly your body is the most important thing. Make sure you are in the best shape possible. No beer gut, no turkey neck. Evaluate the best facial hair for yourself and go from there.

35 is a tween age. If you look young you can get away with some of the bullshit styles an older guy like me cant pull off. Otherwise stick with classic looks.
