If the girl is a virgin, its normal that she'll take longer to give in, you decide if it's worth the wait or not. Depends on why she’s a virgin. 21 is young enough that she might just not have had the connection and attraction enough with someone yet. (You yourself admit theres no chemistry, so she’s 1000% picking up on that.) OR there could be religious elements to her celibacy. Some girls are straight up terrified of sex and aren’t particularly religious, just squeamish, though they’re open if someone can make them comfortable enough. She might not be the one if she’s looking for a serious commitment and you’re not (even if she says she’s not, virgins typically attach to their first so be prepared for backlash)
