We all know how to pass them and to dismiss them "as if a 10 year old child was acting up". I agree with this. At the same time I would like to point out that you can learn a lot from shit tests, sometimes there is actual truth in them. Maybe you ARE slipping in one way or another and you DEFINITELY have areas in which you could improve. Business as usual in dismissing them (for the tingles), even if there is some validaty in what they are saying, but I would like to say at the same time be objective with yourself and see if there is truth in what they are saying, especially a long time plate/LTR shit test. Use them to improve areas of yourself you may not have been conciously aware of. After a while you will be able to spot the difference between an obvious ego attack and something that you should actually be working on.
