Hi all, it's me again. Those of you who read my last post will not be surprised to see this.

Basically, I have caught massive oneitis feels over a colleague [who is in an LTR]. We get on very well, spend a lot of time together, and she's just my type, etc., so this is somewhat inevitable. I'm pretty new to the Red Pill and everything that comes with it, so I still harbour many Blue Pill traits, values and perspectives - which is likely to be the case for another while I'm sure. However, I have been reading a lot, lifting, travelling, and self-improving in other ways - so there are redeeming features on that front.

Back to the colleague. I spend an average of 12 hours per day with her; we sit opposite each other and share the same workstreams, so we have to work together for much of the day (not least because it's a small office, we are thin on the ground staff-wise and I am her work mentor.) I'm not saying she's perfect or anything and I am aware of her flaws and the likely chance she's been dicked a lot. However, I just can't get her out of my head and, even outside of work, think about her perhaps too much. I am enraged whenever I see her talk to other guys in the workplace - so infuriated in fact that she starts to ask if I'm OK/ what's wrong (of course she knows what's wrong - and I am sure my sulking injects a good dose of validation into her system).

Would welcome suggestions on how to deal with, and overcome, this. I have seen posts recommending disappearing/ ignoring her but, in this case, it'd be pretty hard to achieve because of the professional/ colleague element. I have also seen posts suggesting dating lots of women (i.e., realising abundance) - which I am totally open to - but I don't see how this would be all that effective given how often I see this oneitis crush. I also think there's something quite compelling in desiring the unattainable anyway.

I have considered moving offices (we are dotted around globally as a firm), but I think this would be stupid because I have great prospects here and my bosses really like me. I have also considered leaving the firm, but I don't think this would be rational either and probably wouldn't resolve the underlying issues causing this particular oneitis in the first place.
