One month relationship and you are not over her after 10 months?

How many girls did you bed in that time? Why is that number so small?

People are too invested in the outcome of a relationship, for me it is no failed relationship or lost time when it ends, as long it was a nice experience everything is cool.

I am sure she was the best girl in the world, irreplaceable, she sounded like a good woman, despite that branch swinging thing but that's just a very little downside. The sex thing is also not that important. /s

It's normal to grieve for something cool when you lose it, be it a girl, a dog, or a great hunting horse.

But grieving 10 months over a one month relationship isn't healthy.

Here are a few steps other men have found useful.

First - cut ALL contact. I mean ALL. Drop her from all online social networks. Do not respond to her e-mails. If you can, configure her to go into your spam bin. Block her phone number and texts. Take all your pictures and keepsakes and box them up. Put them in the top of the attic or the back of the basement. (In 30 years you'll enjoy the memories, but right now that's just picking at a scab.)

Second: Sunlight. Go outside on your lunch break or in the afternoon after work. Walk. Seriously - indoor lighting doesn't provide all that your brain needs.

Third: Exercise. Get to the gym or hit the road. The 20,000 years it took us to go from hunting all day to sitting in a cubicle all day is just a tick of the clock evolutionarily speaking. We are evolved to be physically active. Do so, and it will help with this issue.

Seek male company. Join clubs or activities where men are the primary membership. Rock climbing, hunting, shooting, and boxing are examples of activities that don't generally attract women. Find that buzz of male camaraderie.

Whenever she crosses your mind, think: "It doesn't matter how good she made me feel. She dumped me." Then think about something else.

You don't have to forget who she was to you, but you DO have to accept that she's not gonna be that person any more.

And the best revenge is living well. Get in shape. Make money. And when you're ready, date younger, hotter, tighter girls.

Look into NLP and watch some Derren Brown stuff. You can essentially trick your mind into having a very negative association of her. Although it works, I personally don't recommend this, and can expand on why if you'd like.

One month? My friend with time you will learn for not to fall for women so fast. Work on yourself, lift and make that money, with time and while fucking another woman you will realize that you getting so sprung on this chick is laughable and you will laugh at it in private. Until then it's time to put that work in and make shit happen. Keep your head up playboy a lot of people here will try to belittle you but don't take it to heart, just make sure that you learn from your mistakes, we all make them.

It tooked me 7 months to get over a 6 month relationship. The emotion went down when I started to:

force myself to meet other women
keep myself bussy
avoided everything that could remind me of her: it includes phone number, fb posts, mutual friends, other people telling me shit about her, wondering, etc.

Oneitis is all about abudance mentality. The moment you actually experience that there is a world of hot fun women outthere that you can attract and become intimate the oneitis looses most of its power.
