You don't have a lot of money but what you can do is buy parking spaces in busy areas and then lease them out - sure you only $50/wk per spot but that's not bad right?

Making a game can be pretty lucrative. Coding for games is easy-level coding really and apparently 1/50 games makes over 200K in sales. That's actually pretty high when you consider how many absolutely shit games are out there.

Any kind of lease system is the best passive income. Lease land, lease equipment, lease servers - land is the best though - and they're not purely passive.

Don't believe the bullshit you read in advertising materials for expensive courses and e-books. Setting up a proper business that requires no work on your part is time consuming at first but definitely doable. The most important part is jumping in and trying your ideas, not spending time/money doing research. Come up with a plan and execute it.

Real estate is my chosen method of passive income- I have one property now that cash flows 800 a month (my take home after the mortgage/insurance/maintenance variance is factored in). I plan on huyinf 5-10 similiar properties in the next couple years.

Smartpassiveincome.com is a great start for tech related stuff. I tried that route but for me it wasn't as passive or secure as I would prefer mostly due to the rapidly changing web space and the fact that most of the online passive income schemes are completely dependent on google rankings. That said there certainly are many opportunities if you are clever.

I don't believe it takes money to make money but it helps. After spending way too much time an attention and failing at the web business thing I started an advertising business where I trade advertising and web hosting for advertising space in restaurant bathrooms.

Now I sell space I didn't buy to other business on a monthly fee. I spent 6 months planing it and $6000 4 years ago and it's been paying my house payment ever since and all I have done since that first 6 months of work is send bills out and visit my locations 2 times a year.

I could have grown it much more but women troubles and needing money now along with burnout from other things I'm doing has stopped me from growing it otherwise I bet it could make me essentially retired within months if I worked it 60 hours a week in a focused way.

I'm getting divorced at the moment so it's actually great that I was lazy as my work ethic is being used against me now. I may make another run at it once the dust settles. Never ever get married, trust me. Every time I attempt to calculate how much marriage has cost me I don't even get 25% of the way into it before it makes me so depressed that my brain forces me to think of something else.
