Not sure. LTR candidacy is not something I understand well. How many girls are you playing? Do you have any other FWB? How is your self improvement coming? I hear it's like rp hard mode so I think the best measure is your status.

It is all up to you, what kind of girl do you want? That is really the important question.

Would you rather have a girl who makes you priority one, or that makes her job, etc priority one?

When you find a girl that you're willing to accept an LTR from, you will know. She will be what you "want" and you will be sure about it. If she ends up not working out, that is besides the point and most likely inevitable for most. Relationships are hard to keep together in 2019... so if you WANT it, and she doesn't have absurd red flags, do it. Just be sure to understand what it is that you want, why you want it, and that your expectations are curtailed. Enjoy it for what it is, or skip it and wait for the next one.

After a while she may give you shits that you don't work as hard as she does or will make you do things for her e.g. cook a dinner because I work all day! And she will not let you get her to a restaurant or order a meal because why waste money if you can cook. Etc.

Works around 50-60 hours a week, prioritizes work, spends the weekend with folks. Meaning I would be last on the list...

she's young and doesnt have a bf now, i would expect you would move up on her priorities , why all the hours at work?
