I personally wouldn't go after another Bro's girl with the only exception to that being if she was coming on to me hard and he didn't care. Otherwise what's the point? There's a shitload of girls out there to grab, why even introduce this potential explosive drama into your life?

It's either two scenarios imo. 1) You really like this girl and have a case of Onitis and are willing to fuck over your bro because of it or 2) She's coming onto you and giving you obvious IOI's in which case fuck it as long as your bro is cool with it.

I feel like there are a lot of fakers on here that put up a front and try to act more red pill here on reddit than they actually are in real life. If you're truly on point with your game you can grab this girl and or several other girls. So you need to think logically about the outcomes of this action and whether or not it's worth it. None of these people here who are saying who cares are thinking about the outcome or care. Being careless leads to future bullshit though. That's not tight butthole.

Depends on the situation. Depending on the size of your town, odds are you're eskimo brothers with at least one of your wingmen. Trade old plates and ONS. (I'll introduce friends to girls knowing they'll do the same for me/have done/are doing the same for me.) I'll be upfront about having slept with them, and also indicate difficulty of lay/ warn about slut level etc.

Yea when it comes to friends you should show a little respect. Personally I don't hook up with any of my friends ex's or plates (they don't have any so that's easy). Who the fuck wants sloppy seconds? Also if you haven't been obtaining your own prospects it kind of makes you seem like a bottom feeder or something, just taking any scrapes you can get. And of course, its your friend.

I would say definitely no, if he is against it. Definitely ask him beforehand. A few months ago one of my best friends went behind my back doing this shit to my just recent ex, and he turned into a complete dick. He valued her more than our friendship and split our group up because of it. Definitely be weary of what can happen if your bro minds and you do it anyway.
